Lawrence Power - Viola

Mr. Power will perform with Roderick Williams on the 14th of November 2020.

Mr. Power will perform on the 3rd of October 2020.

Unfortunately, Mr. Power's performance Beethoven's various String Trios in D Op.9 No.2, in C minor Op.9 No.3 and in G Op.9 No.1 with violinist Vilde Frang and cellist Nicolas Altstaedt scheduled for the 19th of April 2020 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall was cancelled due to the pandemic.

Unfortunately, Mr. Power's performance with the Nash Ensemble scheduled for the 24th of March 2020 at the Wigmore Hall was cancelled due to the pandemic.

Lawrence Power performed:

Mr. Power played Salonen's Pentatonic Etude at the Royal Festival Hall on the 1st of June 2017.

He played Julian Anderson's Prayer for solo viola and Walton's Viola Concerto with the Philharmonia Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall on the 12th of February 2017. For more details see John Wilson.

Mr. Power joined The Nash Ensemble at the Wigmore Hall on the 7th of February 2015 in a performance of Brahms's Piano Quintet in F minor Op. 34.

He made his BBC Chamber Proms debut on the 28th of August 2006 at the Cadogan Hall together with the Leopold String Trio and made his BBC Proms debut on the 9th of August 2003 in Berlioz's Harold in Italy Op 16.
