Louis Schwizgebel - Piano

Unfortunately, Mr. Schwizgebel's concert on the 10th of March 2021 at the South Bank Centre was cancelled due to the pandemic.

Mr. Schwizgebel's performed on the 7th of November at Kings Place.

Louis Schwizgebel's concert on the 5th of November 2020 at the Royal Festival Hall was also cancelled due to the pandemic.

He performed Mozart's Violin Sonatas in B flat K454 and in D K306, Poulenc's Violin Sonata and Saint-Saëns' Violin Sonata No. 1 in D minor and Massenet's Méditation from Thaïs with violinist Benjamin Beilman on the 10 thof July 2019 at the Wigmore Hall

Mr. Schwizgebel made his BBC Proms debut with a performance of Prokofievs Piano Concerto No. 1 with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain under the baton of Edward Gardner on the 10th of August 2014 at the Royal Albert Hall

In 2012 Mr Schwizgebel won 2nd prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition.

He was born in Geneva in 1987.
