Anne-Sophie Mutter played Penderecki's Violin Concerto No.2 (Metamorphosen) with London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall on the 2nd of May 2018.

Anne‐Sophie Mutter, together with Lambert Orkis on the piano, won the 2000 gramophone award for Best Chamber Music Performance of their Beethoven’s Sonatas recording for Piano and Violin.

She made her BBC Proms debut on the 10th of September 1985 in a performance of Brahms' Violin Concerto in D major with the BBC Symphony Orchestra conducted by Lothar Zagrosek.
